Google Drive Backup
Auto-backups run every 12 hours. All backups are stored in a private UKQA Backups folder on Google Drive.
How to Restore
- Find the backup you want in the list below.
- Click the ↩ Restore button on that row.
- Type RESTORE in the confirmation box and click Restore.
- The page reloads automatically with all data from that snapshot.
Your Google Drive connection is preserved during restore.
Click “Refresh List” to load backups from Google Drive.
Teacher Activity Logs
Select filters and click Filter to load activity logs.
Teacher Permissions
When disabled, teachers cannot open the Recordings tab on any student profile. Only Admins can still view recordings.
Teachers can edit or delete a lesson only within this window from creation time. After it expires, only Admins can make changes.
Lesson timestamps are shown in this timezone. Individuals can override it from the lesson history filter bar.
Which time range is pre-selected when opening a student’s lesson history. Teachers see this default; Admin can change it here.
